What level till I could use the search engine?

title said it all. Whenever I tried to use the search engine, it always doesn't let me, it said that I'm too low level. So what level do I have to be?

when you get level 2.then you can use the search engine.

as the guy above said  after level 2 you can use the search engine but limited to the theme

you need to be level 2.
