糖醋小排
很出名的江淮凉菜之一,但是可以热食
1.选用一字腩排最好

2.清洗干净排骨,再过热水去除腥味.
等锅水重新烧开一分钟左右就用网筛捞起放凉

3.放凉的排骨放上黄酒,姜片,香叶,十三香腌制一下
放在碟子中准备蒸制

4.放在锅上蒸至三四十分钟让排骨软烂

5.凉干的排骨放在热油里炸至金黄.

6.准备好调味酱,生抽+香醋+老抽

7.适量的高汤加入大量的砂糖,等糖份溶蟹变微黄焦糖色时加入调味酱和排骨炒入收汁
